BCG SD KESSEL Boiler Leak Sealer (Up to 35L/1h)

Description:

Bacoga BCG® SD Kessel is a quick-sealer designed to permanently seal leaks in heating systems and pipes with water loss of up to 35 liters per hour. It works rapidly, crystallizing and hardening upon contact with CO2, providing a lasting seal. BCG SD Kessel water boiler sealant is suitable for use on commonly occurring boiler materials such as copper, steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. No special tools are required for filling SD Kessel into a heating system.

Important Note:

This product is not suitable for use in gas boilers!

BACOGA SD KESSEL USER INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preparation:
   • Close the shut-off valves for the boiler.
   • Drain approximately 10 liters of water from the boiler.
   • Close the filling/draining tap.
2. Fill SD Kessel into Hose:
   • Drain the filling hose of water.
   • Using a funnel, fill the SD Kessel into the hose.
3. Connect Hose to Tap:
   • Connect the hose to the tap.
4. Begin Filling:
   • Open the filling/draining tap.
   • Open the tap connected to the hose to start pressing SD Kessel leaks quick sealant into the boiler.
5. Repeat Process:
   • Close the tap and the filling/draining tap.
   • Disconnect the hose from the tap and empty it.
   • Repeat the process until the necessary quantity of SD Kessel is filled into the boiler.
6. Fill Boiler to Operating Pressure:
   • Fill the boiler to operating pressure.
7. Heat Boiler:
   • Allow the kettle to run up to a temperature of 80 degrees.
   • If necessary, switch off the circulation pump if it cannot be used for internal circulation.
8. Empty and Rinse Boiler:
   • After 3 hours, empty and rinse the kettle thoroughly.
9. Return to Normal Use:
   • Fill the boiler again with domestic water.
   • Open the shut-off valves again and return the system to normal (temperature and pressure) use.
   • Bleed the system and the pump.

Additional Note:

• If the conditions are unfavorable, the curing time can be extended.
• It is recommended to consult an authorized plumber before using the product.
