Description:
BACOGA BCG® K 32 forms a protective film that shields plastic under-floor heating systems as well as steel, aluminum, and copper materials from corrosion. It also prevents oxygen diffusion and lime scale deposits.
The dispersant component in BCG K 32 corrosion protector ensures that lime scale does not adhere to pipe walls, thereby guaranteeing excellent corrosion protection. It also keeps control and regulating devices, as well as pipes, free from suspended solids, safeguarding all new and existing heating systems. BCG K 32 anti-corrosion liquid maintains lime scale in solution.
Note:
- The heating system must be free from additives such as sealants and other inhibitors.
- The inhibited system must be checked annually.
- Proper use will not damage pumps and control valves.
- We recommend thoroughly rinsing the system to remove deposits and impurities before using the product.
BACOGA BCG K 32 User Instructions:
- Preparation:
- Thoroughly rinse heavily polluted systems (DIN 1988, 2 bar) and clean with BCG HR cleaning solution if necessary.
- Check the system's content by emptying it via a water meter.
- Refill the system with water.
- Adding BCG K 32:
- Introduce the required quantity of BCG K 32 anticorrosion solution into the system using a filling pump (e.g., BCG G 20 or BCG G 21J).
- Fill the system with water and purge it.
- Compatibility and Checking:
- BCG K 32 is compatible with all commercially available antifreeze liquids.
- Check the efficacy of BCG K 32 solution approximately 1 hour after mixing it into the system water using the BCG test.
- The molybdate content should be between 250 to 400 mg/L Mo.
- Maintenance:
- Since BCG K 32 dissolves existing lime scale deposits, thoroughly rinse/flush the heating system after 1-3 months if heat transfer is reduced.
- Install a sludge trap and magnetic filter in old large-scale systems.
- Refill the system with BCG K 32 and check the concentration.
Important:
- Observe standard precautions when handling chemicals.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
Disposal:
- Refer to the safety data sheet.
Mixing Ratio:
- 1 litre of BCG K 32 inhibitor to 100 litres of heating water.
Suitability for Storage:
- Store for up to 5 years from the date of manufacture.
- Protect from frost.
