BCG HR Heating System Cleaner for Lime, Rust, and Sediment Removal

Description:

BACOGA BCG® HR is designed to free heating systems from lime scale, rust, and sludge deposits, enhancing their performance. It is suitable for use during system modernization and in older systems.

BCG HR heating system cleaner is compatible with all common heating system pipe materials, including plastics and metals. In heavily polluted systems with high-efficiency pumps, condensing boilers, or other fine-pored heat exchangers, it is necessary to install a dirt filter before these devices and a magnetite filter before the high-efficiency pumps prior to adding BCG HR to the system.

Note:

• The heating system must be free from additives such as frost protection, corrosion protection, sealants, and brine.
• Proper use will not damage pumps and control valves.
• Dissolving lime scale deposits may produce gas, so ensure the heating system is well-ventilated.
• Intended for professional use only.

BACOGA BCG HR User Instructions:

1. Preparation:
   • Before cleaning with BCG HR pipes cleaner, flush out heavily polluted heating water and replace it with fresh water.
   • Fully open all valves regulating the heating circuit.
2. Adding BCG HR:
   • Add BCG HR in the indicated ratio and switch on the circulation pump for optimal mixing and cleaning.
   • The reaction time is 2 to 4 days at a heating temperature not exceeding 60°C.
3. Post-Cleaning:
   • After the cleaning process, completely empty the heating system.
   • Flush the system with water. Install a sludge trap in old large-scale systems.
   • In under-floor heating systems with low flow rates, BCG HR can be used at a higher concentration.
4. Protecting the Cleaned System:
   • To best protect the cleaned heating system, add BCG K 32 or BCG FS subsequently.

Important:

• Remove BCG HR cleaner immediately from objects and surfaces with water.
• Do not use BCG HR together with BCG sealants in the heating system.

Mixing Ratio:

• 1 litre of BCG HR heating pipes cleaner to 100 litres of heating water.

Suitability for Storage:

• Store for up to 5 years from the date of manufacture.
• Protect from frost, store in a cool and dark place.
