Cleaning Products

At BaCoGa Technik, we stand by the consistent quality and effectiveness of our cleaning products, provided they are used in accordance with the technical guidelines specified by BaCoGa Technik. The warranty will be void in cases of:

• Improper use, such as exceeding the recommended application time.
• Lack of regular maintenance performed by a qualified installer as per our technical guidelines.
• Failure to use BaCoGa Technik cleaning chemicals.

Improper transportation or storage, including exposure to freezing conditions, can compromise product effectiveness and invalidate the warranty. Additionally, no warranty applies if cleaning agents are not fully removed from pipe systems.

Sealing Products

BaCoGa Technik guarantees the durability and aging resistance of the crystalline "plugs" formed at leak points when using our sealing products.

The warranty provided to our contractual partners adheres to legal regulations. In addition to this, BaCoGa Technik offers buyers a guarantee to replace any defective product free of charge. However, direct claims for additional damages, such as compensation for non-performance, are excluded.

Please note that sealing excessive expansion joints caused by thermal length changes cannot be guaranteed beyond certain size limits.

Consequential Damages

BaCoGa Technik does not assume liability for consequential damages resulting from defective deliveries or services unless caused by gross negligence on the part of BaCoGa Technik or its employees. Amicable settlements should not be interpreted as an acknowledgment of warranty claims.
