BCG G 21J Filling Pump

Description:

BCG G 21J Filling Pump with Compressor Connection Kit is designed for filling all BCG products. It features a steel container with a special plastic coating, a pressure gauge for measuring tank pressure, and a dual-hand safety pump. The filling funnel allows quick refilling without spills.

Application:

1. Preparation:

   • Connect the pressure tank to the system using the hose.

   • Close the discharge valve, unscrew the pump, and fill the tank with the BCG product (maximum 10 liters).

   • Screw the pump back on and pressurize the tank to 5 bar.

2. Filling Process:

   • Open the tank valve and release air from the pressure hose.

   • Allow the BCG product to enter the system.

   • Use pumps to achieve operating pressure.

Operating Pressure Guidelines:

• Heating systems: 1.5-2 bar

• Water supply pipes: 6 bar

• Gas pipelines: 4 bar
