BCG G 20 Filling Pump

Description:

BCG G 20 filling pump for BCG products enables the filling of all BCG products into closed water circuits directly from a non-returnable container.

Filling Instructions:

1. Preparation:

   • Prepare a 10-liter bucket and fill it with approximately 5 liters of water.

   • Before filling, drain about 10 liters of water more than the amount required to be filled.

   • Shake the container with the BCG product thoroughly until it is well mixed, then pour it into the bucket with water.

2. Filling Process:

   • Place the filling pump into the bucket and connect the pressure hose to the boiler's filling valve.

   • Open the boiler valve and slowly pump the required amount of BCG product into the heating system.

   • Then, add a little more water into the bucket and pump it into the system to ensure the product is fully distributed, and the pressure gauge shows the desired pressure.

Important Information:

• Follow the instructions and guidelines provided on the BCG product packaging.

• After use, rinse the pump and hose thoroughly with clean water.
