BACOGA BCG® SOR is a cleaning agent specifically designed to remove contaminations from solar systems caused by the thermal overloading of the heat transfer fluid in vacuum tube collectors.

BACOGA BCG SOR User Instructions:

1. Preparation:
   • Empty the solar system completely before cleaning to ensure the best results. Dilution by heat transfer medium or water will reduce the cleaning effectiveness.
   • Cover the collectors before starting the cleaning process.
2. Cleaning Process:
   • Fill the solar system with BCG SOR cleaner.
   • Circulate the medium at a temperature of 50–60°C for about 1–2 hours. Avoid higher temperatures to protect elastomer materials like EPDM used in solar systems.
   • Depending on the contamination level, the process may need to be repeated several times.
3. Post-Cleaning:
   • After cleaning, empty the system as completely as possible.
   • Use compressed air to blow out any residual product remaining in the system.
