BACOGA BCG Motor Dichter Engine Sealer offers a quick solution for water leaks in combustion engines. It efficiently seals cracks and pores in cylinders, cylinder heads, water jackets, and engine valve seats, providing a swift repair without the need for a visit to a car repair shop. This product allows for a DIY repair and is applicable to all water-cooled engines, working immediately to stop cooling water leaks within minutes.

Manual:

1. Mix Contents: Thoroughly mix the contents of the container before use.
2. Warm-Up: Perform sealing when the engine is warm. Turn on the heating and carefully open the radiator cap. Caution: A hot cooling system may be pressurized and can cause scalding. Use protective gloves.
3. Drain Coolant: Carefully disconnect the lower cooling water hose at the most accessible point and drain the entire contents into a container. Reconnect the hose and pour 2-3 liters of clean warm water into the system.
4. Add Sealer: Add BCG Motor Dichter Engine Sealant according to the mixing ratio. Then fill the system with clean warm water and close the radiator cap.
5. Operational Period: Run the engine for at least 60 minutes with the heating on.
6. Post-Sealing Procedure: After successful sealing, empty the cooling system and refill it with clean warm water with additives for protection according to the manufacturer's requirements.

Crack Sealing Procedure:

In the case of cracks in the cylinders, remove the corresponding spark plug, allow the engine to run for approximately 10 minutes at operating temperature with the heating on. Then turn off the engine, refit the spark plug, and run the engine for 60 minutes as above.

Liquidation:

BCG Engine Sealer is non-poisonous in the given mixing ratio and can be discharged into the sewer without harming the environment.

Composition:

The sealer contains silicone, silicates, and additives protected by trade secret.

Precautions:

• Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations. Use protective clothing.
• Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place. Protect from frost.
• In case of skin contact, rinse immediately with running water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water and contact a doctor.
• No special regulations for the transport of dangerous substances.

Mixing Ratio:

• 250 ml per 10 liters of coolant, i.e., 1:40 ratio.

Shelf Life:

• 2 years from the date of manufacture.
