BCG KÜHLER REINIGER Car Cooling System Cleaner

Description:

BCG Kühler Reiniger radiator and engine cleaner provides an effective solution for cleaning car radiators and engines from the inside. It thoroughly removes deposits, increasing efficiency, performance, and the lifespan of engines. This cleaner allows a DIY approach without the need to visit a car service and is suitable for all water-cooled engines.

Manual:

1. Mix Contents: Thoroughly mix the contents of the container before use.
2. Engine Warm-Up: Perform the cleaning while the engine is still warm with the heating turned on. Carefully open the radiator cap. Caution: A warm cooling system may be under pressure and can cause severe scalding. Use protective gloves.
3. Drain Coolant: Carefully disconnect the tube at the lowest accessible point and drain the entire contents of the cooling system into a container. Reconnect the hose.
4. Add Cleaner: Pour 2-3 liters of clean warm water into the system and add the necessary amount of BCG Kühler Reiniger according to the mixing ratio. Fill the system with warm water and close the radiator cap.
5. Operational Period: Leave the vehicle in operation for at least 30 minutes with the heating on.
6. Post-Cleaning Procedure: After successful cleaning, completely drain the system again and rinse with clean, warm water. Finally, refill the cooling system with clean warm water, possibly with the addition of antifreeze, following the engine manufacturer's instructions.

Mixing Ratio:

• 250 ml for 7.5 liters of coolant, i.e., 1:30 ratio.

Liquidation:

• The undiluted solution must not be discharged into the sewer and must be disposed of professionally.

Composition:

• The cleaner consists of citric acid and additives protected by trade secret.

Precautions:

• All work must comply with relevant safety regulations. Use protective clothing.
• Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place. Protect from frost.
• In case of skin contact, rinse immediately with running water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water and contact a doctor.
• Transport: No special regulations for the transport of dangerous substances.

Shelf Life:

• 2 years from the date of manufacture.
