BACOGA BCG® Kühler Dichter 100 sealant provides a quick and efficient solution for water leaks in internal combustion engine coolers. It effectively seals leaks in engine radiators, enabling DIY repair without visiting a car repair shop. This sealant is suitable for all water-cooled engines and works immediately, stopping cooling water leaks within minutes.

Manual:

1. Mix Contents: Thoroughly mix the contents of the container before use.
2. Engine Warm-Up: Perform the repair when the engine is warm, with the heating turned on. Carefully open the radiator cap. Caution: A warm cooling system may be under pressure and cause severe scalding. Use protective gloves.
3. Drain Coolant: Carefully disconnect the tube at the lowest accessible point and drain the entire contents of the cooling system into a container. Reconnect the hose.
4. Add Sealant: Pour 2-3 liters of clean warm water into the system and add the necessary amount of BCG Kühler Dichter 100 sealant according to the mixing ratio. Fill the system with warm water and close the radiator cap.
5. Operational Period: Leave the vehicle in operation for at least 30 minutes with the heating on. If the engine needs to be turned off, open the radiator cap to prevent a vacuum from developing after the liquid cools, which could loosen the cellulose fiber cap.
6. Post-Sealing Procedure: After sealing, completely drain the system and rinse with clean, warm water. Refill the cooling system with clean warm water, following the engine manufacturer's instructions, possibly with the addition of antifreeze.

Mixing Ratio:

• 250 ml per 10 liters of coolant, i.e., 1:40 ratio.

Liquidation:

• BCG Radiator Sealant is non-toxic at the given mixing ratio and does not harm the environment. It can be discharged into the sewer.

Composition:

• The sealant consists of silicates of alkali metals, silicone, and additives protected by trade secrets.

Precautions:

• All work must comply with relevant safety regulations. Use protective clothing.
• Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place. Protect from frost.
• In case of skin contact, rinse immediately with running water. In case of eye contact, rinse with water and contact a doctor.
• Transport: No special regulations for the transport of dangerous substances.

Shelf Life:

• 2 years from the date of manufacture.
